Organizing the Resistance

In the long Revolutionary campaign, the one problem I'm having is in organizing regional armies. The US has regiments popping up hither and thither, and concentrating them into effective commands is a real problem, especially if infiltrating British units stand in the way. In the New England states it's not a problem, as Washington arrives and the Continental Army is formed. In the Central/Southern colonies, unifying command is a huge issue. I have yet to figure out a solution to this problem. The only option I can come up with is detaching commanders from Washington's army and sending them south.

I am taking the long path to the campaign the same way i did with AACW. 6 months playing all scenarios both sides before my first attempt. I think the british may have similar issues with assembling big forces away from the reinforcement centers. What i have noticed though is that british have a far superior quality.
Hence, while sending down your troops, employing training officers in this transfer is an absolute must.

Tbh theres no easy way to organise armys, i tend to send a few leaders alone galloping through the lands from the northern main front to lead resistance bands against the british.
Also i generally pick a large town now and then to use as a base of operations, which also helps.
