hi, ive been testing gobernos attittude for some time. Some weeks ago, i found something strange. When you have -6 or more of will, you will loose attitude with each gobernor each turn. This is what the manual says, and its ok, thats true.

But once you get that WILL, it is just stupid accept their pettitions because their attitudes will always get lowers. It dosent matters if you build what they want, or you send brigades to their territory as they demmands, they will keep their attitude getting lower because of will.

You should check that.

later.

Are the affects still adding properly?  I know that low NW will lower governors' attitudes, but when acceding to their requests raises their attitude, is that working properly -- the number's not being subtracted, is it?

I got another bug from another game.

Im CSA. +2 of National Will. early feb 1863. John Letcher from Virginia, Democatrical Party, has been asking me for 17 brigades in Virginia for 2 months. All the time I have been satisfying his demands and he is -100 of attitude all the time ?¿  Only Grafton is occupied by Butler with a big USA Army and this time my NW is possitive.... why he keep in -100 and insisting when i have done what he wants from the beggining of his demmands?

I think the only thing negative in the situation is the pressence of enemy forces in the state but....

yes, Letcher has an issue with VA being occupied by USA. It's a known issue. Don't forget also the container present in rappanhock fort. By adhering to his requests you can slow down his attitude turning worse and worse, but there's nothing you can do about it, you can slow it down but not make him improve as long as USA troops are in VA.

Which is of course...logical. No governor would like enemy troops in his state.
