Was wondering whether damaged ships in ports delay the construction of new ones?
If so, how is this determined?

Damaged ships uses shipyard points to be repaired .
If there are not enough shipyard points left for new ships they will be delayed until there are enough .
Exact cost of new ships should be in the manual .

If you destory 5 out of 11 AP's hold a division of 243 units how are the LBA units lost accounted for??
