Prussia surrendered to France. While still having 3 months of access to move out I attempted to siege 10 English factors in Stettin. No Prussian factors are in the city, but a Prussian corps is in the territory. I can move into the territory but I can not siege the British factors in the city.

Wow! I really need to look at this because France's access is temporary and she is not allowed into any provincial capitals with the temporary access BUT she is still at war with GB. I'll give her a looking at.
