Surrender ??

Playing 1806 and have just conquered the two Prussian capitals, Hanover and Berlin, but Prussia does not surrender. Is this working as designed ?? Do countries only surrender in the Campaign game ??

Historically, Prussia didn't surrender until after Koenigsburg had fallen as well, following the Russian loss at Friedland in June 1807.

Sounds reasonable to me, but the manual states that countries surrender when their capital, or capitals are taken. (capital or capitol ?)

I thought Konigsberg was also a capitol on the map?

Yes, indeed, Konigsberg is also a capitol.
