How can I loose moral for lack of food while the shops are full of it? In a current game with the latest patch.

since the US entered the war I can transport food into Russia via the land link between Italy and the defeated AH.

yes, but if you shipped the surplus in on the turn shown, the deficit shown is from the previous turn.
btw, thanks for the screenshot.

I've shipped it before (otherwise it would be listed under "trade"). and the russians are so powerful that that information is useless to you. I hope.

There is definitely something fishy going on there [&:]
Raw materials: 198 + 18 + 1 - 8 (used) = 209 check
Food: 19 + 7 + 1 - 11 (used) = 16 check
Production: 8/8 raw materials * 107 % (operating) * no food shortage = 0 Industrial points [X(]
Even assuming 1 food shortage your production points should be 100 % (8/8 raw materials) * 107 % (operating) * 10/11 % (food shortage) = 97 % which should equal 8 Industrial points or perhaps 7 if rounded down. [:-]

the 0 industrial points are just because I spent them already:
2 HQ points = 6
1 trench = 1
1 Arms refit = 1
______
8

I think that 1 food deficit may have something to do with that conzuered food resource which is counted as available in determining your current food stock?
If I am not mistaken then you receive 1/2 points for every uneven conquered resource now so every second turn it counts as one resource to spend?

The shortage is only apparent; production is still 8/8 at 107% rounded down.
