I've got the 1.10.12 version. Can I play opponent's with 1.10.10?

I think so, though the playback file will execute differently where the two different versions are divergent.

I think GIJim is one of the players who was helping us test a beta-patch to see if the empty cities problem had been solved. That patch is now close to release, though Eric wants to add one or two more goodies. As is our habit, the patch has ended up having more in it than originally planned, so while not a major patch it will be a significant one.

When the new patch is released, is their a summary list of what is in the patch? i.e. what it fixes or changes.

Yes, its normally on a readme issued with a patch.
