Hello, I just received my physical copy of the game but it was just the cd with no manual?

How can I get the manual.

This is redicoulous- I just got off with the Matrix store and they tell me the physical and download copy does not come with manual but if i would of just ordered the physical copy I would of gotten a manual??? Can somebody explain this? This is increadible. I really hope they straighten this out, the last print job I had to do at Kinkos for another Matrix game cost about $ 40.00.

This is an error. Physical copies aren't supposed to be arriving yet, the manuals just got in the warehouse yesterday on the US side and were to start shipping today or tomorrow. I received your e-mail and I'm looking into what was screwed up here, this is some kind of confusion on Digital River's side.

Whoever you spoke (the store phone number goes to DR) with must have been a Digital River employee who was also confused.

Yes, there was a screw-up in the warehouse. Physical copies started shipping out before the manuals were received in. Needless to say, we have some issues to sort out here. We've already made sure no more copies go out without manuals. We're now working on finding out how many did.

If you received a physical copy without a manual, we will send you a manual, don't worry.

Thanks Erik for the reply. Please let me know what to do with my copy but please send me the manual- really appreciate it. Really should look into that explanation, it wasnt the employees fault, she was just telling me what they told her- I told them that did not make any sense. Can't be without the manual- Thanks!

Keep your copy, you will receive your manual shipped separately. We're still sorting through the logistics of correcting this. All copies shipping out from today on will include the manual.

Got my box with only a CD[8|], sigh, this is why i gave up PC gaming...when will i ever learn?

Don't worry, we're going to ship out manuals at our cost to everyone who got a box without a manual. All copies shipped out since this problem was found are going out with manuals in the box already.

In the meantime, please use the PDF E-Book manual and sorry for the inconvenience.

A quick update on this... we tracked down all the physical orders that had gone out without printed manuals. The warehouse has started shipping out replacement manuals to the same addresses. The last of the replacement manuals should ship out by Thursday, so please look for your replacement manual to arrive at the latest by the end of next week. Apologies for the mistake on our side. Again, all orders shipped since we found this mistake have been going out correctly with printed manuals included.

I do have to admit that Matrix has the best customer support in the PC gaming industry that I have ever seen.

I think most companies would probably just say, "Sorry, go to our website and download a PDF copy of the manual." There are precious few like Matrix who go the extra mile and ship out manuals to those who didn't get them.
