When I finished playing last night I had the following income:

-1300(ish) cash
-80(ish) manpower
-10 (ish) iron
-10(ish) wood
-440 (ish) food

and was doing fine.

Loaded the game today and had the following income
-800(ish) cash
-50(ish) manpower
-5 iron
-4 wood
-310(ish) food

and am not doing well at all (too little food and cash).

I tried going over all my provinces to see if the settings had been altered, but they had not, every province just produces alot less than it did yesterday.

Is this a known bug? Any workaround? Or do I have to start another game?

It's hard to say what's going on without know more details.  Income displayed during the movement phase is just the projected amount, and it's possible something happened to change the projection.
