1.04.06 ceded provinces messed up?

I wanted to check with others on this before I post to mantis--it's weird enough that I wonder if my files are corrupt.
As Russia, I just got a surrender from Turkey, and took three provinces. On the thumbnail map, I noticed that instead of being colored all green, they were a crazy patchwork of green and red. On the main map, they were shaded correctly.
But it gets weirder. Clicking on various territories or units changes the thumbnail map: sometimes it displays correctly as all green, sometimes a patchwork (but there are several different patterns of the patchwork).
But it gets weirder. Clicking on some of the ceded territories turns their shading off. (But they can be turned back on by clicking in other places, sometimes, or by resetting the thumbnail map by doubleclicking.)
But it gets weirder. Some of the ceded territories (including those whose shading turns on and off but also including some that stay green) are showing in the area info box as still under Turkish control. Others correctly show Russian control.
Anybody else seeing anything like this?
