How come I can't access AE Expanstion?

In the middle of reading posts, I got denied access to the Admiral's Edition Expansion. What's up?
Down for maintenance.

AE must be getting close since Brady surpassed the 100 mark on the Name this thread. From the AARs posted it looked like the AI was working rather well and that was the major hold up from the late summer release. We shall see what the future holds.

If I were a betting man, and I'm not.. I'd be almost willin' to put some money on the idea that the AE section of this forum was chewing up too much time of the developers of the game when they still have work to do. Maybe, just maybe, they took it down to give them a break. I got semi-smart and downloaded every screenie I could so I can drool on my keyboard with that while I have "Waiting for Gold Withdrawal."

Or I guess maybe AE gets it's own main forum, this seems to be a logical step with an ever approaching release date 
BTW if it'd be on the 1st anniversary of it's announcement (ie 7 Dec) then it must be going into final testing very shortly.
I only hope I can play it in the Xmas brake...

Forum is probably undergoing maintenance due to the upcoming WiTP AE release.
