White map ???

In a PBEM just begun against Geoffrey the map suddenly turns white??? My last move to my opponent was just fine. Oh and i was NOT being asked for password.
Damnn - too long ago since I uploaded pictures. Isn't it JPG format?
Anyway the map is just plain white [;)]
