I cannot seem to add units to the production que... In the tutorial, I get to the sequence where the red arrow is on the artillery piece for me to click, and I click on it, it does not advance the tuturial... I click exactly where the red arrow is. Also, I made sure to reset all pref and options to default. What's going on?

What version are you playing?

Are you right-clicking on the artillery piece? It describes right clicking to put the unit on hold but then just says click on the unit. Left-clicking won't do anything in this case.

Yes I am right clicking...  I am on the 1.03 version.
I see what is going on -- the artillery piece is in the silver/gray background, so it's not available.  It should be brown background to go on que.  In any case, I cannot progress the tutorial.  However I am able to use the production qeue without hitch in the regular scenario - but no tutorial, and I don't think there is a video turial on this subject  either.
