I know what "discontinued" means, but I wasn't aware that any Matrix games have become discontinued. Maybe OrpBde could give an example?

Why? If that became thier policy, nobody would buy at first release and just wait for freeware games

I think they did release a few as freeware at some point, that Mech turn based game I can't think of the name of and "The War Engine", although I don't know if the War Engine game was actually from Matrix or not.

Edit: The "Mech game" was called Titans of Steel ;)

Because gamers are totally known for waiting years for a game to be discontinued[8|].

cause sometimes you cant find them in the stores and some people dont have a credit card to buy them online.people do buy them offline or online but might want an extra copy to have for backup on dvd or cdr

Well tell me this.. If WiTP(80 bucks or so)was released and it was known that it would be free in 2-5 years or so, how many wouldnt buy it. There would be quite a few. Same with retail releases of Matrix games. I bought quite a few for 5-10 bucks down in Texas at a Gamestop. I waited on buying those from the site because I knew retail always sends 'em to the bargain bin after a time. Matrix lost some money on me. True I wouldnt have bought a few but there are quite a few fence sitters like me.

LGAA? [&:]

Never really expected it to be supported, but there's no game forum, either.

If Matrix took it down because of lack of interest, so be it.

I forgot that anyone who can learn to play an ultra-complicated strategy game using tutorials from .pdf manuals are more patient than an average gaming junkie[:'(].
