I have a saved game that gets to the same point and freezes. ONE DAY FROM THE END OF THE SCENERIO!!!!![:@]

The freeze always happens after the message "merging units complete".

Does anyone care for the file?

Can you go back to an earlier save an see if different orders affect it ? I had a similar problem with the South Pac scenario, but different orders allowed me to continue.

I have a save for that day. I could issue new orders, but to who? I have a transport unloading an enganeer on guam and have tryed cancelling that order and ordered the ship to set sail. no go.
