Hello, I'm new here, and I have the following questions:

I understand that the game allows only one scenario in each year with a number of turns per year, is that correct?

Can I play a complete game since 1914 until 1918?

Yes you can. Just start in 1914. At the end of each year you will be asked if you want to end the game or keep going. So just go on.
