I loaded up two separate saves from 2 players, same error keeps popping up. Fatal Error Code#123999777, There is an error with your serial number as entered. Please contact support@matrixgames.com for assistance. Any Ideas?

I am getting the same.

Make that three of us.  Mine occurs only on an email game.  My older player vs AI games still work.

Different game versions?

Guys- there is a post on the general forum here- about twenty of so posts back- called Unrecognized Serial Number- you have to uninstall and reinstall the game off your original disks- it takes all of 5 minutes and basically is done automatically by the microsoft wizard. When you reinstall you reenter your serial number, which you must do twice- once when you reinstall the original disk and once when you reinstall 1.30 which has all the prior patches bundled you are done. The 1.30 patch needs to have this happen- then once done you are good to go beyond that.  But once you get that message it has happened and this is the only way to fix it- check the forum.
