allied opponent wanted-closed

Hi to all!
Looking for an Allied opponent for a stock game, scenario 15, 1-day turn (patch level 1.8.0.6).
This is my first try of a PBEM - I just have experience of some games into 1942 against the AI and have mastered most of the game mechanics.
I would prefer some basic house rules (but I'm open for any issues).
The basics would be :
- ASW TF size limit to 6
- PT TF size limit to 6 and one per hex
- no 4E below 15,000
- Airbase stacking limit of 50 aircraft/per airfield level
- no allied upgrade sof 2E to 4E other than the Bolo squadrons
