Modswap

I have the WF MOD loaded in Modswap. When I select it to uninstall nothing happens. It is preventing me from installing another MOD. How do I clear it?
you first of all select the mod
then choose uninstall from the menu \File\uninstall
Is that correct?
WF does play when you launch CoI?
