Sep, 1914, Turkey can transfer material to Austria via the ports of Wilhelmshaven, Danzig or Trieste.

Naskra, thanks, I've added it to my list. Over the next couple of days I'll be finishing the issues with the transfers I still have on my list as well as the ones, like this one, I hadn't seen yet.

I should add, that the above is legitimate except for one thing, Turkey doesn't have any transport ships.

Also, even if it did, as I mentioned in the list of changes, I haven't finished adding "limits" yet. The way that will work is the longer the overland route and the worse the terrain the less that can actually be transferred.

The transfer works without ships.  And transfer to Germany is not an option. (The warehouse in Danzig is exclusively Austrian).

The actual stuff shows up the next turn in the other country? Or do you mean the order to try to do it happens? Because no actual transfers take place on that screen.

Yes. the stuff moves, no ships necessary.

Not really sure what is happening here.  I think control of bordering sea zones by the enemy causes Pre-prod RMs
to read as zero.

Naskra, I hate to be a pest, but are you absolutely sure stuff is being moved from Turkey to Austria? Because I've tried it a couple of times using hotseat and each time it fails just before the next strategic phase because neither Austria nor the Ottomans have shipping in the Eastern Med. Unless Bulgaria is entering the war and an overland route through Serbia has been opened up?

No, not absolutely sure, I couldn't replicate it.  There were a lot of variables I don't remember (and sometimes I drink).  But Austria had trade from somewhere, that's certain.  Takes a lot of clicking to hot seat it, as you know.

Another oddity:  France transfers 10 industrial points ot Holland; Holland receives 30.

That's because the conversion from major power to minor power points is automatic. For example it would cost Holland 9 points to build an HQ refit point.

OK, but when Holland bought a HQ, a black box appeared in the rein table, but the HQ never showed.  I guess the general is not in the script.

Anyway, I bought the Turkish transports and succesfully shipped to Trieste.  Yay!

Right, Holland has no HQs but I didn't realize they had the ability to buy one.

The really good news is that U-boats don't get slaughtered by DDs so much.  they still don't actually sink transports, though.   Also they attack Transports in numerical order so that a player can proritize his transport missions.
