RHS 7.953 comprehensive update

This is a semi unplanned comprehensive update. I set out to document cruisers in different scenarios - and discovered problems of several types:
dates of arrival
location of arrival
missing ships
wrong main batteries
This review did NOT include a detail study of durability - which is probably not consistent - and which if reviewed might be done to include more factors than base WITP theory calls for (see separate threat).
Otherwise - we changed the air support squads of one static unit - located at the Northern Tip of Hokkaido - so the tiny naval recon element there has ground support - and planning for the static naval base force at Truk - and a couple of air eratta I no longer remember.
This update is packaging for upload to the primary distribution list. There is a corresponding upload for Level 6 which will follow tomorrow. We may also post a slightly cleaned up (eratta wise) Level 5 on the web site.
This is a cruiser update - with a focus on RN and Commonwealth cruiser eratta - which seem not to have got the attention of other navies in RHS - and even in CHS: Almost all the errors were tracable to stock form.
