I would like to see some screenshots, if you have any.

I was wondering if the larger font might cause clutter or truncated words on some of the screens.

you are right, if the new fontsize is too large, the fonts will cause truncated words.
I´m using fontsize 16 (2 greater than the standard font). That is good for me, because
my eyes are not so good. I´m very happy that for me the new fonts are better readable.

But I´m trying to find a way how to get the infoboxes wider and higher, so the new font
will not cause truncated words anymore.
