Wild Repatriation

Just started a new game as Spain. Received Control of Sweden.
Russia won the battles for Finland and declared war lapsed and immediately repatriated the Swedish corps w/o access as Majors do (I trust that is not wrong?) The corp though repatriated to Modena not into Sweden. Now that is a good place for it, but the logic of how it got sent there defies description.
