Moving game to my Mac

Hello:
I want to install the game on my Macbook running Windows (Bootcamp) to facilitate a campaign game with miniatures at the hobby shop I go to. I bought the game as a download. Can I put the downloaded compressed file on a disk, put it into the Mac running Windows, and install the game there using the same activation code? Or will I have to buy another or uninstall the game from my PC first? Or will moving the download just be impossible?
