How come when I go to the Fleet or Diplomatic Screen, I get a black screen? It only shows the ships boxes and port symbols. No land outline at all!!! It makes it hard to navigate it!

Here is what the Diplomatic screen looks like!

Go to \World War 2 Road to Victory\data\gfx\ folder and check is there europe.png file.

Yes there is?? The Fleet screen looks the same except for fleet boxes and port symbols (anchors) only???

Not sure. I'll check it out...

Yes it is in all scenario's. I think that I will re-install the game and check it out before I install the patch and see what it does!

I've checked all my installations and every time such situation occurs only when I've deleted this file (europe.png)

I've re-installed it and ran the game before I patched it. Still the same. Maybe somehow my europe.png file is becoming corrupted? I just checked again and the file is there. It even shows the land mass of Europe when I preview it??? Everything else works but that...

what kind of Video Card you have?

and do you have latest VC drivers?
