RHS 7.955 microupdate (ship eratta)

This is intended to go on top of 7.95 comprehensive. It corrects Japanese ship eratta - mainly in RHSEBO - but some applies to RHSEEO - and Agano class cruisers in all scenarios. The errors were not in all upgrades nor in all ships - but all were checked and realigned with the class record for the right year. These were facing errors - and are not terribly critical - but these files should be used for new game starts. These corrections due to reports from Shark.
