I've just downloaded 1.30f, and am considering pbem. I may not understand the Naval aspect enough yet to play as TE.

I dl'd 1.3...im not sure what version. How would I find that out?
This would be my first game against a person so I'm sure your naval inexperience won't be a problem. How do we get started?

If your dounlad update zip file has the date 12/1/2008, it is the latest update !.30f.
To avoid naval ineptitude, I had thought to play CP. Still refining opening strategy.
