Is it possible to change the pictures of these entities?

Have tried but nothing happens.

No if it give Supply or Political points directly the images are overruled by the hardcoded ones.
Sorry there. You can work around it by letting the itemtype set a regime var and then using events to place something.

No problems. Didnt want my tolkienplayers looking at hitler & stalin when they strike their political deals. Buts its no biggie.
