Hi, I have a store bought version of Hired Guns and when I try to register the game I get an invalid entry. The key works fine to run the game, it just will not register on your website? Are the Tri Synergy and Matrix games using different versions? The link to register the game from the game menu links to your site. Thanks!

Same problem here. Retail box serial not accepted to register game.

I registered mine, but I haven't received the boxed game yet, so I registered with the key I got on the email.

That's the thing. We bought the RETAIL (boxed version from a store) so there is no email, just a serial number in the form: xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.

I'd really like to try the beta patch... please.

That looks like the same format Matrix uses.  Did you enter it with the dashes?  If so and it did not work, you may have to wait until Erik Rutins gets online.  I am sure he will have the answer.

same problem, but I have an emailed serial code (download version).
it won't let me register the game, says the serial code has already
been used. well, i don't know about that, but i only tried to register
the game once, to get the patch. didn't happen. what's up here?

If you already registered, it sounds like you succeeded. Does it not show up in your list of "My Games"?

Ok, I've registered my game now, but in the 'Registered Downloads' page it shows a download link for the public beta, but it just reloads the page. Do I have to wait for the database to update my profile or something? It already shows that I'm registered in the 'my games' page.
