I go to download patch and doesn't come up...goes to site, but doesn't bring up patch to download. Any help appreciated please !!!

I just tried to download it a few seconds ago and it's all right.
 
Could anyone please confirm troubles?

I am using att wireless to try and download the patch ...can this be why i cannot download?

never had problems before with other game patches and such on this site.
