#8 hmm might think of varaiable OB's. forinstance "Historical" or "Ballanced" Choice.
I'm actually responsible for RTV OoB and I'm doing it historically. I hope so to do sth like in Poland 1939 WI scenario, where we have done pretty good job with Doomtrader
How would one go about substituting the revised OoB you made into the 1939 full campaign?

Go to \data\scenarios\EUROPE 1939\land_units.csv file
I prefer to use MS excel instead of notepad.
I think that the headers are selfexplanatory.
If you have got any questions ask

Doom, I thought that in all fairness I had to tell you how much I loved the new OOB for the Polish scenario. Why cant we use it for the entire 1939 campaign?
My Great-Uncle Stas served in the King Stefan Batory uhlan Regiment of the Nowogródzka Brygada Kawalerii under General Anders in 1939.
