i like matrix games very much.my favourite game is Art of War 3 and i am a green hand for it.

there are many chinese like the MatrixGames too.
our forums is www.toaw.org.you can link to http://www.toaw.org/bbs/forumdisplay.php?fid=19 to our International Communication(English!)

we can't buy more MatrixGames in china and it's hard for us to buy in the foreign world too.
i hope matrixgames company can exploit Chinese market as soon as possible,of course,with a Chinesizing patch.

I guess you meant to say something about about chinese language manuals and user interface. I tell you straight: Matrix Games doesn't have games that would justify official translations to foreign languages. Sales are low, so low that most games are available only through Matrix on-line store. Writing manuals and user interfaces to multiple languages would eat more resources (time & money) than Matrix can afford. That means no official language patches. Unofficial translations could be an option: YOU could write chinese manual for Art of War 3. Game interface translations (language inside the game) is harder, and for most games near impossible.

As for getting more games, Matrix offers some games for free:
Steel Panthers: World at War (The Best)
Pacific War
War in Russia

Another game that might interest you is John Tiller's Campaign Series.  It has Orders of Battle for Nationalist Chinese, Communist Chinese, and Chinese Warlords.  I believe they threw in the Japanese for good measure.  There are not, however, many scenarios (or any scenarios) yet.  

I'm also a chinese and came here as often as possible.(except don't speak much ....)

We chinese wargamers are few but good , for example, www.biku.net is devote to WITP,and some guys show wonderful AARS.

but, Most sadly for me is hard to find real person to play boardgame.I own a lots of wargames from GMT\MMP etc.... but lack of gamegroup so no deep play......[:o]

PS: Personal, I like details and monster game. so the day matrix publish witp-AE \ RUSSIAN FRONT\ COG EE
I will surely buy them.
