CHS scenario 155 with Andrew’s extended map.

I have been the Japanese for my last four games, so I fancy a run out as the Allied player.

I'm in England and can do one turn a day during the week and possibly more on the weekend.

As Admirals Edition looms, I am flexible as the length the game - one year or even just the first six months. Expect an aggressive defence.

I'm looking for an experienced Japanese player as I've many WITP games under my belt.

Flexible with settings EXCEPT I require a historical 1st turn.

Provisional Settings:
1. Sub doctrines off (Jap can be on if required)
2. Fog of war on
3. Advanced weather on
4. Allied damage control on
5. Historical 1st turn ON - [8D]
6. PDU on/off
7. Variable setup OFF
8. Dec 7 surprise on
9. Variable replacements +/- 15 days
10. Auto subs off
11. Auto facility expand off
12. Auto airgroup upgrade off
13. Accept air/ground replacements off

House rules
1. Maximum of 8 ships per ASW TF.
2. No more than 6 PT boats per TF, and maximum of 2 PT TFs in a hex.
3. No troop invasions by submarines.
4. Japanese Kwantung Army forces and those in China must pay PP to leave the theatre. Allied forces in China and India must also pay PP to leave their respective theatres.
5. 4E bombers must operate from airfield of at least size 4. 4E bombers may not bomb below 5000 feet.
6. B-29s must operate from a minimum size 6 airfield. B-29s may not perform naval attack missions.

8. Allies may not upgrade 2E air units to 4E bombers except the Bolos.
9. No Corsairs on US carriers until 1/44.
10. No Japanese strategic bombing against targets in China. No Allied strategic bombing from China
12. On map training of air units is ok.

Thanks to Tupolev for the settings/house rules.

Is no-one up for a tussle? Let me explain my flexible length comments, I'm up for the whole war but would settle for playing out the first year or even six months. We can set objectives for a shortened game.

I realise the Japanese side isnt too popular, but I reckon its my turn to be a AFB, having gamed the Japs the last four times...

Can I ask why you want an experienced Allied player to play the Japanese? [:)]

Ah yes well spotted Nomad, corrected - thanks

Too much Christmas sherry I guess. [:'(]

I promise my play will not be as confused as my message.

If you don't get a bite soon, I'll do a limited time run if you want. I have a fair amount of experience and at least with a historical start I don't have too much to do for the first turn, just three days of work for the second turn.
