WIR Mod for War in the Pacific

Hi,

for all those of you who have a copy of War in the Pacific and until the new "War in Russia" is released by 2by3 - Matrix,
you may download a MOD covering the Eastern Front and give it a try!

No, its a PBEM game only.  Since it si a MOD, no real way to have AI.  VERY deep.  I've looked at it, but without a 2nd player ....

THere is AI? I read in the d/l that there was no AI. I'll have to go back and try it.

AI exists in the game WitP on two levels.
Simply:
Basic AI, aircraft normally fight, the ground units primarily defensive struggle, with a focus on immediate targets.
Ships create simple formation.
[/align]Hand-written AI created.
The AI shall ensure the implementation of specific operations (such as landing on Tarawa, etc.)

In mode WitR operates the only first, basic AI.
Allowing mainly for Germans really interesting game, at least the initial offensive.
Ships on this AI work problematically, the sea is not obviously linked.[/align]
Therefore, awards are often impractical AI commands.[/align] [/align]

English is fine and I doubt it affects you play at all!  :)
 
Ok, so that is what I remember.  INstead of no AI, limited AI.  It really is a 2 player game.

You should not haver done this. I have no time no time at all but this looks better than many a new game I have bought and it will suck me in no doubt. Excellent stuff a very big big big thank you from all those hungry like me for anything at all that models the eastfront in such fantastic detail.
