HELP!!! Purchased game and download completed. Every time I try to extract the files the extraction wizard does not respond. Tried everything I could think of

This will have to be resolved thru Matrix themselves.

My recommendation is to contact their help desk at http://www.matrixgames.com/helpdesk/

If that fails, contact Erik Rutins directly at erikr@matrixgames.com

Above all, do not give up. Matrix will get it solved, and Erik will not stop trying to help you if you cannot run it. If you check the General section of the main forums, you will see numerous examples of Matrix and Erik going above and beyond to help their customers.

I'm not sure what "extraction wizard" you're using, but if it's failing you might try the trial version of WinZip at www.winzip.com. If the file won't open, it may also be that your download was corrupted during transfer. If so, you can try to re-download after deleting your file by going to www.findmyorder.com with your order info. Depending on your internet connection, using a single stream download manager like www.stardownloader.com may help.
