Map Scroll Speed

Is there a way to slow it down within the game? or a command line switch?

Laz go to the Preference screen and you'll see a tab for 'Scrool Delay', try a 1; Also 'Movement Delay' try a 1 there also, and try 'Live Delay' at 200; Should solve ur probs.
