The initial Axis success seemed too good to be true - and it was. I didn't have the right map I corrected that and ran the turn again (the first two posts now have updated data).

Soviet airforce has damaged several oil depots around Bucharest and Constanta; Axis airforce is going to play defensive for a bit.

Soviet Black Sea fleet is seen steaming to bombard what's left of Romanian oilfields; taking care of it is going to be a priority as well.

Overall, Romanian Army is going to take advantage of Bucharest-Odessa railroad for its offensive. Crossing rivers and climbing hills of Western Ukraine is currently deemed unadvisable.

Interesting, I will be watching to see how this adaptation of the engine goes. I understand that the WITM mod ran aground on several issues, not surprising given the difficulty of converting a pacific game to the Med. Hope this works, will be reading.

Surprisingly, Finnish army started to run out of supplies, very quickly at that. Virtually all units north of Leningrad are in red.

14th division will move east from Helsinki; that and 4 more divisions will head to Vyborg.

In the eastern part of the map, 2 divisions will have to head back to rebuild the supply path, as due to retreat path of 22nd Soviet division there are 6 isolated Finnish divisions.

Soviet Baltic Navy is surprisingly very active. There are 22 level bombers in Helsinki that will have to be switched to naval attack. 11 more are under repairs and 1 more has been lost. I may have to reinforce that area with German airforce.

Interesting, I will be watching to see how this adaptation of the engine goes. I understand that the WITM mod ran aground on several issues, not surprising given the difficulty of converting a pacific game to the Med. Hope this works, will be reading.

You can't grab a screenie of the Tashkent, by any chance? My favourite Red Fleet ship (mostly because she was an Italian design, and they knew how to make good-looking warships)...

Soviet Baltic Navy has 2 battleships in good shape, an older drednaught with 98 system damage, 1 CL, and plenty of DDs and DEs... And many submarines.

I don't think Finnish Navy should sail out anytime soon...
