looking for japanese opponent

new year..new game.
looking for a japs player for #17 or #19 (its up to you).
only HR for me are:
-4E at least at 15k in naval search and naval attacks.
-no sub invasions.
-no corsairs on CV by player.
-no carrier night operations.

hey chris. glad to play another game against you. just send me the turn when you are done.and btw: i would say set the ship reinforcment rate at 200% so you get the KB asap.

OK BB, are we playing scenario 17 or 19? I've actually never played 19 as the Japs & to be honest would probably prefer this one. However with 19 perhaps we should reset lower than 200

OK, 150 it is with house rules as above (mainly affect the US player)
