Quebec Cannonades

Sometime ago I cam across a uni set for a fantasy team called the Quebec Cannonades, does anyone know who created it? I'd like to contact the person so I may be able to get field art or create my own etc.

I've made a fantasy team called the "Cannons"...and also a team meant for Quebec City called the "Ramparts, but I haven't done a " Quebec Cannonades".
