F4U Attack Values

The air attack values for the F4U Corsair have always puzzled me in Rising Sun and I was hoping this would be addressed in the updates.
Here is an attack strength comparison of some US WW2 fighters:
F4U Corsair
vs Hard - 9
vs Soft - 12
P-51 Mustang
vs Hard - 18
vs Soft - 20
P-47 Thunderbolt
vs Hard - 36
vs Soft - 52
From a quick look at the payloads, armaments and capabilities of these aircraft, I don't understand the dramatic difference in attack values.
The F4U had 6 x .50cal, could carry 8 x 5in rockets, and a 4000lb bombload.
The P-51 had 6 x .50cal, could carry 10 x 5in rockets, and 2000lb bombload.
The P-47 had 8 x .50cal, could carry 10 x 5in rockets, and 2500lb bombload.
From what I understand the Corsair was used to drop napalm bombs on Japanese positions on Iwo Jima and Okinawa, in addition to rocket attacks and strafing runs. Surely the aircraft deserves higher attack values than currently represented in the game.
Any chance this can be included in the next update?
