Two questios about the new patch:

1) The version I´m playing is 6.1. If I want to install the new patch, do I have to patch the game to 7.0 and then 7.1 or can I only use the 7.1 patch without installing the 7.0 ?

2) Does this patch fix the lost leaders bug of MCNA ?

2). Unfortunately, no. Not for me, at least. I downloaded 7.1 yesterday and played the alternate first scenario "Catch That Train". By the second scenario, I had 5 lost leaders.

"Anthony" developed a fix for it though that I just got through "Mikel". I can send it to you if you like.

It would be great if that fix could be posted to The Armor Site but that's probably between Anthony and Fabio Prado.

1. It is safer to patch it to 7.0, then 7.1

2. There is now a patch for LV, which may help with this issue.

Upgrade to v7 then 7.1. The MCNA patch is available through the Matrix page.
