hi,

how are austrian insurrection corps exactly handled by the program and what is the chance of them popping up?
whats the reasoning behind weakening them by making them random?
when will be rolled?
whenever someone enters austrian home nation?
when someone inside austria moves within austria?

In the new 1.05 release, Austria has the option of setting 3 different insurrection areas. When an invader enters one of these areas then he is halted without an undo option then immediatey in the next reinf phase, Austria is given the insurrection corps to be placed where she wants. This avoids the slaughter that would certainly ensue when the old random 50/50 chance method that simply dumped the corps on the invaders without leaders and other corps. Not perfect BUT better.

I believe it is a phase button the diplomacy phase(?)
