Why is this profile group being ignored?

In the log you can see that the defense calls a random 44 defensive front against a 3 wr formation but I created a profile group to cover that situation filled with nickel plays. When I test the situation in the group profile tester it comes up fine So I'm wondering why there is a discrepancy?
