Weather Update anyone?

Have a look at this epic AAR, and if anyone can address the weather issue encountered it seems like it would be a good thing... tm.asp?m=1866376&mpage=18&key=�
Since this is Twebers scenario delivered with the game i would
be pleased when he could take a look at this problem.
Only a few lines of code and probably done in a few minutes.
But it would be a good balancing for the russia 1941 scenario.

It would be great indeed you could look at and maybe make the weather start/end
random.
I simply would like to see
winter weather start in round xx, RANDOM turn (not player 1 always)
Same for good weather coming back. Round number is variable already i know,
but the turn number not and this is a problem in the game.
