Playing as the France armed forces, I have encountered a message?

"Counter may be needed for: 20i.

What does this mean, anybody.

OOOOOPPPPS did a double.

In the economic phase before any reinforcements are coming (which, for infantry and militia, is the same one in which you buy them), the game gives you a reminder to buy counters to put them in. Sometimes it's not necessary--if you already have room in your corps or want them for garrisons--but it just tells you what's coming that you *might* want counters for.
