War In Russia Mod ~ 1.21a

Greetings,
As a stop-gap until the next War In Russia patch is released, an update has been created.
This is known as War In Russia Mod ~ 1.21a
The changes have been created with the sole emphasis on historical accuracy, without any partisan bias.
Aircraft Changes ~
Mig-1, Mig-3 have maneouver values significantly reduced 24/25(now not much better than a BF-110). In reality the Mig series was a poor design, first used as an interceptor, then as a ground attack, and finally as a reconnaisance aircraft (failing in all three roles).
As result of poor armament (as bad as the Oscar-1), flight instability and poor turn radius, it was despised by its pilots. It has now been represented accurately. It is the most numerous modern fighter in VVS inventory at the start of the war, with adequate range for escort, however also among the least airworthy.
Lagg-3, manouver values decreased and durabilty values increased. The Lagg was a highly durable design with adequate maneouverability, average speed, and high resistance to damage.
Yak-1, maneovuer values increased to 31. The Yak-1 was the best Soviet fighter at the beginning of the war, and though not as fast as the Mig-3, was considered the best dogfighter.
I-16 maneouver values greatly increased to between 28 to 33 depending on model.
The I-16 was a difficult aircraft to acquire. The low speed and high maneouver means an aircraft which is effective in the evasion phase of air combat, however still ineffective at shooting down fast moving targets. Historically it was considered a favourable design by its pilots, and switching to more modern designs (such as the Mig-3) were resisted.
TB-3 now listed as Level Bomber. During the early phases of the war, the TB-3 was used mainly in the bomber role. Since parachuting is disabled in War In Russia Mod, these changes are of little consequence with regards to transport ability (supply transport is still functional in all level bombers).
I-152 now listed as fighter. Upgrades to other aircraft designs were circumvallated by the fighter-bomber designation.
Axis aircraft changes are marginal. The majority are increases in the manvouer values of the older designs (such as biplanes). Specifically, the Hs-126 recon maneouver value is greatly increased, and casualties from Recon missions are reduced. Small changes in maneouver, durability, and range have been effected.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Land unit changes ~
ISU-100 range increased to 4. ISU-122 and ISU-152 range increased to 3.
--------------------------------------------------------------------------
Strategic Changes ~
Axis Pilot Pool is increased. Now units can be filled to capacity without draining the pool.
