Hey all.

I have started playing Steel Panthers, and I have a hang of the basics (still need to master infiltrating commandos, air strikes and artillery strikes, and engineers/sappers), but I have a few questions.

How can I get the Mega Campaigns? They are not in the game as I see it.

How do I move units as fast as I am meant to? It usually takes me more than 10 minutes to complete a single turn, and the timer for online games doesn't seem to be sufficient.

How does the World War II campaign work? Is it just loads of battle tied together or does it change depending on how well you do?

I'd be willing to play an online or play-by-email game (however those work...) if whoever I am against is willing to go against a complete newb.

Also if you have any tips etc I'd appreciate it.

Stop by the SPWaW Depot. Consider joining the Depot Academy, which teaches brief courses in different aspects of the game (recon, armor, infantry, artillery, etc). Grad games are against instructors that play new people, and give feedback to aid the learning process.

There is also a huge load of information there, and a very active PBEM crowd. Hogg Hall is the first forum you should visit, since it is the Help section of the Depot, and has alot of tips for new players.
