Hi !

As a warm-up for pbem-ing CSV for the first time i browsed through some exciting AARs that seemed to have been played with version 4.0.
Is that version downloadable somewhere ?

Curt and Larry were playtesting it some months ago but I don't think it has been released yet.

It's 90% done.  I'm still working on the PO.
