All below were laid down before the war and almost all of them were commisioned during the war.

I know that some of the German Raiders might be a little bit controversial and putting equal sign between them and Crown Colony class might be conceded as missunderstanding but I belive that for the playability purposes it's ok.

I think that this is an interesting new type of event and will add quite a bit to the game. Is it your intention to give the owning player an event encompassing a choice, as suggested by Mike Parker, of paying PP and completing the vessel, or not completing and using the PP for some other purpose?
If so, we need to add the German aircraft carrier Graf Zeppelin. The German player should be given the choice to continue construction in January, 1940 and the ship should appear a month or two after Bismark, say in December 1940.
Graf Zeppelin was laid down in December 1936 and launched on December 8, 1938. A decision was made at a naval conference in January, 1940 to scrap Flugzeugträger B, the Grafs sister ship (the Kriegsmarine never gave names to ships until they were launched) which had been laid down in 1938 but never launched. However, it was decided that work on the Graf Zeppelin was to continue, with the goal of having her ready for commisioning in late 1940, along with Bismark. Hitler did not choose to become personaly involved in her construction and continued infighting between Reichsmarschall Goring and Grosadmiral Raeder over her air compliment (30 Me-109Ts and 13 Ju-87Cs) caused repeated delays in her completion. After Raeder's replacement by Admiral Donitz she was never completed, and was eventually confiscated by the Soviet Union. (Interestingly, the Soviets apparently loaded her with munitions to simulate a combat compliment and then subjected her to repeated air attack, in an attempt to learn what it would take to sink American carriers. After surviving 24 bomb hits, she had to be scuttled with 2 torpedos. She was recently discovered by the Polish Navy in 250 feet of water north of Wladyslawowo.)
Like Bismark, Graf Zeppelin was designed primarily as a commerce raider and in fact was in some ways similar to the Soviet heavy aircraft carrying cruiser Kiev class, although, unlike the Kievs she was a full deck carrier. As such, the Graf was armed with 16 Sk.15cm guns (roughly equivelant to a 6 inch gun in Anglo/American useage.) In comparison, an American Brooklyn class light cruiser mounted 15 6 inch guns, Yorktown class carriers carried 8 6.5 inchers, and the English Illustrious class carriers mounted 16 QF 4.5 inch multi-purposes guns.

I'm a little curious about the 2 unterseebooten. U-54 was a seemingly unremarkeable type VIIB, laid down on 13 Sep, 1938 and commissioned on 23 Sep, 1939. It was posted missing on 20 Feb, 1940 after apparently moving into an English mine field in the North Sea.

U-102 was another type VIIB, laid down on 22 May, 1939, commissioned 27 Apr, 1940 and sunk by HMS Vansittart in the North Atlantic on 1 July, 1940. (For those of you who may be developing the emminently reasonable idea that I am omniscent. I refer you to http://www.uboat.net, a truly excellent site devoted to the memory of the u boat crews.)

I may be missing something, but I'd make these events center on the various classes of u boats.

IIRC there were total seven U boats ordered befeore the war and commisioned after the war has started.
But now for the game purposes I decided to join them into groups of four.


And U-boots events already described classess (rather class as both of them are as yyou written VIIB), not single units
