I'm setting up convoys for the CW in Lebensraum. To save me spending three hours working out how many Convoy points should be in each area to transport all CW resource/build points to their required location, does anyone have all of this info already written down somewhere?

eg
Faroes Gap 8 points
North Atlantic 8 points
Canadian coast 6 points
East Coast 4 points
(etc etc)
